Looking for Sailing Mates in the Florida Keys

I'm a new sailor, I just acquired a '75 Cape Dory 28. I'm currently in Marathon, Florida getting the boat ready to sail. If anyone is hip to sail with a new sailor, I'd welcome your company.

I'm a 34 year old software developer who's taking a break from real life for the winter. In the spring I'll be returning to Canada to refill my coffers. I'm living on the boat right now and am eager to sail everyday.

Please respond with a description of yourself, current location, and sailing experience if you're interested. I look forward to all responses.

Thanks

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
