Crewing for first time

I''m an enthusiastic, energetic 28 year old sailing lover. My wife and I are hoping to begin cruising in a couple years, but we need experience!

I''m hoping to get some sailing experience by crewing for a passage with an experienced skipper and crew. I have a very flexible work schedule, and I am willing to pay my own expences. Anyone know where I might look for opportunities?
