crew wanted for ICW south

Hi. I am in the lower Eastern Shore area of the Chesapeake and looking for crew to help get down the ICW. I am looking for someone who will help with expenses along the way. If this is something you might be interested in, please let me know. I hope to get underway in my 38' Van de Stadt designed ketch in the next week or so.

It seems pretty late in the season. How well is your boat equiped for winter? Do you have pre heaters on your diesel and is it up to running 10 hours a day if need be? What kind of weather protection do you have in the cockpit? I might have some time, but I hate the cold. I went down the east coast earlier in November, but all on the outside and didn't get to do any of the Intercoastal. I'm tempted.
