Mature Tennager looking for sailing oppurtunities

I am a mature 16 year old teenage male from the New York area looking to crew this summer. My personal sailing experience includes solo sailing My Catalina capri-18 on the hudson, which I purchased my self. I have taken sailing courses, and I am eager to cooperate and improve my sailing techniques with the help of other sailors. Plese E-mail me if you would like more information. Don''t know where in NYC you are, but what worked real well for me when I was starting out is hang around the Yacht Clubs on City Island (there are 4) especially on Wednesday evenings when skippers are looking to fill out their crews for the race series. But you''ll have to speak up and let it be known that you''re looking to learn.
