Considering that you HAVE NO SAILING EXPERIENCE, what you need is a delivery captain and at least one experienced crew member...not two crew members. I doubt you'll get someone to volunteer to work a passage as a delivery captain for only expenses. Being the captain sets certain responsibilities on the person, both legal and moral.
I would point out that doing a long passage like that with only two experienced sailors is going to be pretty difficult on the two sailors, as they will be forced to do most of the watches at least until you get some experience, and a two-person watch system is pretty tough.
Mirari's point about the timing is also a good one. Generally, to cross from the US to the UK, you want to leave in April or May, preferably mid-May. Crossing anytime between now and mid-November is asking to get clobbered by the Atlantic Hurricane season, and this season is supposed to be a pretty bad one.
Also, is the boat new to you? Did you just buy or otherwise acquire it? If so, how do you know what shape it is in? Even a survey by best surveyor will often miss things that may be important when you are 1000 miles from land. Does it have an EPIRB, RADAR, GPS, a windvane, a watermaker, solar panels, etc.? How self-sufficient is the boat? Does it have the proper store of spare parts and tools for a trans-Atlantic crossing?

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
