There''s also a free crew listing party on April 19 you can go to and meet some skippers in person. If you go, check out the volunteer bar tenders. They are usually some characters, and often even post items here on Sailnet.

My galfriend and I are interested in cruising the canals of Europe in a Macgregor 25 in a few years [reasons: shallow draft and droppable mast, plus apparent ability to sail on open water]. BUT - we''ve had little sailing experience, and zero exposure to a Macgregor 26 except at a boat show on the land.

Wonder if any Mac26 owner[s] might be interested in taking a couple newbies along on a sail out of Annapolis area? We''d be happy to supply the edibles and drinkables, and perform launching/sailing/docking duties.
