Hi Thomas and thank you for your reply.

We are up for a day sail - anywhere between dawn to dusk. We really don't know enough about the bay area to know where to sail. Perhaps you have a routine of sailing to some destination for a meal? Would suggesting a sail under the San Francisco Bay Bridge be worthwhile? I'm an avid photographer.

We are eventually headed to Yosemite and Lake Tahoe - so we would lean towards the 10th or 11th if you have any flexibility. We are both 57, professionals, in good health and fit. I've been sailing for over 40 years (Sandy, not a much) including racing larger boats out of Cleveland. We currently own a Catalina 25 because our marina (just north of Pittsburgh) can only accomodate trailerable boats.
