Crew needed - Chesapeake Bay

We will be circumnavigating the Delmarva peninsula late June - early July 2001 in a well equipped Catalina/Morgan 38 CC. We will sail from Baltimore and anticipate being out about 12 - 14 days. Want an experienced m/f sailor or couple to share in all aspects of the trip. Must meet and determine mutual compatabilities well ahead of time. This will be strictly a leisurely pleasure cruise to gain valuable experience. Email to:

I''m 14 and am a very good sailor. I''d like to crew on boats but there are no opportunities around me. I live in New jersey. Keep me under consideration.

Thank you for your reply to our crew wanted ad. You are certainly a much younger person than what we would have expected. Are you a sailor or sailoress? Tell us about your experiences which would qualify you for such a cruise. We will keep you in mind.

Im a sailoress. i have my basic keelboat and basic coastal cruising certifications and going for bareboat and coastal navigation in the near future. Although I have limited experiences, i am very beyond my years in itellect and sailing skills. I sail in coastal rivers on 23-32 foot boats and sail in Sandy Hook bay on a 36 foot boat. I enjoy sailing very much. Thank you----Linds

If you are still interested in crewing with us this summer, the Delmarva circumnavigation, we would like to talk to you some more. We have tentatively selected June 22 - July 8, although we hope it doesn''t take all of that time. Have you spoken to your parents about this?
