It would help if you posted where you were located and what skills you have that make you valuable as crew. Can you keep a night watch, can you navigate, are you certified in CPR, are you certified as a Wilderness First Responder or EMT, can you cook in a marine galley, etc.

Welcome aboard Jess. Spend some time reading the other crew ads to get a sense of what people are looking for, and then use your postings to show how you can meet those needs.

And be careful about crewing. Be sure that the boat is sound, and the captain is experienced, prudent, and stable. Don't commit to a long trip without a short one first, or an opportunity to go ashore early. I've crewed and had crew.

Highly recommend meeting them before committing to even a short trip and getting references.
