Sailboat Partnership

I would be interested in seeing a written partnership agreement that works. Thanks to our wonderful economy, the plan to buy a boat and go sailing when retired is now out of reach (unless the Dow shoots up to 15,000 ). A business aqaintence, who seldom sails but wants to do some, has approached me about entering into a partnership arrangement. I'm thinking it is the only way to save my plans.

Any comments or input would be appreciated.
