female crew

need female crew 40ish , galley, watch, etc..non smoker, with enthusiasm and time. Sail the thorhy path on 39'' classic sloop, leave the states late October, with couple hitching a ride to St Marten, then spend the winter visiting various islands, some guests along the way.
still broke but what a nice boat.
