Couple looking for paid crew opportunity

My husband and I are in our mid-twenties, and strongly thinking about making a career change. We currently live in the DC metro area and are looking around for paid crew positions. Looking to sail in warmer climates. I have experience from six weeks on a sailing school vessel (100ft tall ship), my husband has limited racing experience. We are both quick learners, fun, non-smoking.

Anybody know of any paid opportunities available or have any suggestions?
