Crew Available: Experienced Cruising Couple, Winter 2011/2012

My boyfriend and I are currently in Texas and looking for opportunities to crew this winter on the Gulf Coast or otherwise. We have spent the last 3+ years fixing up, sailing, and living on two boats together, a 35' Dickerson ketch on the Chesapeake and a 26' Aleutka in the Gulf. We spent last winter sailing the Aleutka from South Texas to the Tortugas and the Keys. We are unfortunately boatless this winter while we save up for The Next and Final Boat. We'd like to think of it as an opportunity to spend some time sailing with and learning from other folks. We are seasonally employed and will be available from mid-Nov until spring. We are 26 and 27 and able bodied. We are non-smokers, non-drug users, and light drinkers. We are willing to travel in the US or nearby islands for a good opportunity.
