I just got off the phone with the qualified boat captain that you hired. If you can't take his advice, and fulfill your contract with him. I don't want anything to do with you. Just another fine example of a "boat owner", and not a sailor, nor a man of your word. Jacksonville to Miami, hug the coast, avoid NASA's restricted zone......good luck.
