CoastieCruiser is on a distinguished road
-OvO-,

you can definitely count on photos and a travelogue. Though it's been a while since he's written, I'm sure Branson will even include the trip on his blog No Saddle Required

Glad you're enjoying the site, thanks for adding to it. You seem to have no takers here yet. Yahoo has a forum for cruisers in Yahoo Groups called World-Cruisers. You might also find something at Offshore Passage Opportunities, though that is a subscription site. Let us know how it goes.

Branson and the loo

I'm trying to get my count up too...

I know of some people who have trained their dogs to use a litter box. Usually works best with smaller dogs though--depending on how good Branson's "aim" is. You might have success with some of the scented artificial turf products, although I have no experience with them.

Also, if you need an additional hand, I may be able to be avaiable, depending on the dates.

Minnewaska will become famous soon enough
Welcome aboard CoastieCruiser. Hopefully, someone replied via PM and you have things worked out.

Since most sailor I know are picky about what shoes their guests wear aboard, I'm skeptical about how many would welcome a Great Dane.

Another idea might be to post on a general aviation forum to look for a volunteer who is already going your way. You would likely have to crate and tranquilize your friend. I will bet you could find someone willing to help those serving their country. Good luck.

Jeanneau 54DS

In the harsh marine environment, something is always in need of repair. Margaritas fix everything.
