Boat to share NY area

I have inherited a 1972 Columbia 30. I am looking for someone to help me maintain it and share yearly expenses such as mooring, insurance,winter storge, etc.. in return for use of the boat. Half of the expenses come to about $1200. I am a semi retired married male 63 years old and am looking for a male person similar to me who enjoys laid back sailing. The boat is moored in Mamaroneck.

I am interested in learning more about sharing the operating expenses of your Columbia 30. I am currently crewing on a 41 ft Nelson Marick out of Milford, CT and live in Northern Westchester County. For many years I was a glider pilot and shared in the ownership/operating expenses of my glider, and I am experienced and believe in this form of "co-operative" use of expensive leisure time endeavors.
