Non-paid crew wanted, preferably a married couple or a couple who have been together for awhile, to accompany me on an island-hopping cruise this spring. Leave Tortola, BVI the last week of March for St. Martin and on down the island chain. I must return to Tortola by May 24, but that''s my only deadline. This is a leisure trip with no specific itinerary. Some experience required, but licenses or circumnavagations not necessary. I will pay all boat expenses and on-board food. No smoking or drugs on-board. I have no desire for a physical relationship with the crew, I just need some help to fulfull a longtime dream. E-mail me for more details.

Hello, Looking for Blue water crewing for experience.

I have been day sailing for twenty plus years. Raced Dinghys in Highschool and crewed (foredeck) on a 500 mile Baltic Sea race.

This past year, took US Sailing Basic and Bareboat Cruising courses.

Have skippered:

3 Days Catalina 310 Charleston Harbor and coast.

3 Days J120 San Diego Coastal waters

3 Days Catalina 30 Cheasapeake Bay

6 Days Jeanneau 43 Florida Keys

Pretty good navigator, can plot and compensate for current (set and drift), leeway, DR, EP, triangulation, resection, all manual, plus, good with GPS ship plotter and nav systems, good cook, etc.

Girlfriend is also becoming good crew and first mate. We are both in great shape and motivated for experience. She is 31, school teacher, I''m 36 military officer.

We are looking for Blue water experience end of May through end of June 2004. We can pay our own transportation to and from and food.
