Wanting an opportunity

My wife and I are going to Europe, and we will be arriving in Barcelona, Spain on May 11th. We have been very interested in cruising, but we have no experience. I was wondering if their is anyone in Europe who would be willing to take us out for a time, and see how well my wife and I will adjust to the seas?
