What do you mean "passionate skipper" on board and "pay 30% or nil" ????
I'm experienced and looking for the right boat. I'm a sea swimmer, freediver, sailor looking to get back to my sea life.

You meant if she is a hot babe and willing to provide, the trip is free. It is not going to happen. Any babes are that easy on the eyes will demand much more, may be 95% of his net worth. There is no free lunch and no free love when you are an old man.

Sailnet is really a wrong place for this type of crew wanted notice. It compromises the spirit of sharing and learning in yachting. It put a black cloud over the head of any potential female crews. Is there a hidden agenda of the captain that I need to fulfill. It will be complicated. Who wants that.
