Fresh Salsa

Hors d'oeuvres: When you’ve been away from the stores for awhile, and run out of fresh ingredients, this is an easy to throw together salsa that will impress your fellow boaters. Serve with Tortilla Chips or try with the "Homemade Crackers" recipe.

1 Large Onion
1 Can (15 Oz) Corn
1 Can (28 Oz) Tomatoes
1 Can (4 Oz) Chopped Green Chilies
1/2 Tsp Chile Powder
1/2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp Sugar
Hot Pepper to Taste (This can be Tabasco sauce, chopped Jalapenos, or any favorite hot sauce you have on hand)

Chop the onion finely. Drain the cans of corn, tomatoes and chilies. Chop tomatoes into 1/4 inch pieces. Combine all of these ingredients in a bowl and stir. Add the remaining ingredients and season with hot pepper to your desired level of hotness.
