Zesty Hummus

Serve with Pita Bread wedges, Tortilla Chips, or try the "Homemade Crackers" recipe.</P><P>2 Cans (15 Oz) Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas)<BR>4 Cloves Garlic<BR>1 Small Jalapeno Pepper<BR>2 Tsp Lemon Rind (yellow part only, finely chopped)<BR>1 Tbsp Lemon Juice<BR>1 Tsp Cumin<BR>1/2 Tsp Salt<BR>1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce<BR>1/2 Cup Olive Oil</P><P>Drain the garbanzo beans, and place in bowl of food processor. Add all other ingredients, and process for 1 minute. You’re done!</P></HTML>
