Zesty Hummus

Hors d’oeuvres: Another tasty and extremely fast dish to make up when those fresh ingredients are low on the boat. Serve with Pita Bread wedges, Tortilla Chips, or try the "Homemade Crackers" recipe.

2 Cans (15 Oz) Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas)
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Small Jalapeno Pepper
2 Tsp Lemon Rind (yellow part only, finely chopped)
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Cumin
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup Olive Oil

Drain the garbanzo beans, and place in bowl of food processor. Add all other ingredients, and process for 1 minute. You’re done!
