Property tax while cruising

I screwed up and put this under the wrong discussion group the first time, my apologies!

I''ve been living on my boat for the last few months, swinging between Florida and Georgia with the whimsy of the tide and am ready to go cruising. I have no Georgia address, no Florida address. Seems unlikely the taxman will not find me somehow. Will I be charged any property tax while cruising? My boat is USCG documented. If taxed, how can I make it the cheapest? I''m cruising on a sailboat...I am as cheap as they come!
