Hi,

We''re headed to Tortola the first week in August. We''ll be bareboating but I''m wondering about the Summerfest activities. Will it be hard to get supplies, find open facilities, etc.?

Thanks in adnance for any info.

Last year in August about the only thing that wasn''t up and running was the Willie T. Ewen hauled it to paint - but he launched and got it back in the Bight (at 2AM) at Norman in time for the Virgin Cup (it''s the "finish line"). Ever''ting open, mon.

I wonder what Zeus did with all the dollar bills that were stuck all over the Willie T. when Ewen hauled out. Have fun in the BVI. I can see Cane Garden Bay & Jost from my deck......

Oh yeah. Used to live in Telluride back in the late ''70s flying hang gliders with the Telluride Air Force. No condos & tons of rainbow trout.....
