Yes im more down under than au down under .now love the blogs and seems nz is a place that is visited from a far , my question for you is ...
looking to the near future is there going to be blue water conjestion and how to future proof my iron Maiden as I set off for far away shores . Any tips advise thanks

Just do you research on every web site you can find. You'll know when your ready, skills offshore? medical emergency offshore? mechanical failures/repairs, cooking cleaning, water making, documentation, etc...

Thanks , to alot of non sailors ,cruising around on a yacht is a very far away flight of fancy. It was for me but the closer the cast off date gets the more reality is setting in .

It must be becoming a salt air old romantic , middle of the night here and instead of trawling the net for a date im reading about sailing stories and far off adventures. Go figure .
