E-mail marine forecast?

Does anyone know how to get NOAA forecasts e-mailed regularly? I have heard that it can be done, and have seen reference to it on the website, but can''t find the instructions.

John.

Go to http://www.mpc.ncep.noaa.gov and click on "Instructions for receiving marine products by email." It''s on the left hand side of the screen, about half way down the page.
