I''ve just returned to Maine from sailing my Tartan 27 along some of the eastern coast of Nova Scotia. The trip was very successfulI. I did not have radar and went solo except for the overnight crossings of the Gulf of Maine. I''d be pleased to share my experiences with anyone who might be interested.

Your trip sounds verymuch like the one we are planning for next summer. I''d love to hear more about your trip. We live in New Hampshire; however, we moor our boat in Falmouth, ME. How much of your adventure can be done in two weeks? What''s your home port?
Sounds like quite a trip for a 27 footer.

I am also thinking of this trip for next year,God willing. I also sail solo. Would love to hear about your trip.

Mark, glad to hear that you''re planning a similar trip. As i said in my previous message, we sail out of Falmouth, ME. How about you? When areyou planning to go and for how long? We only have the last two weeks of July so we''ll have to make the most of it. SUSURROS, is our Morgan 415 so I won''t be sailing solo in fact my father-in-law is planning to come up fron Venezuela to make the trip. An open ocean adventure is something he has always wanted to do and he''s looking forward to it. Hpoe to hear about your plans.
