You may want to have a look at sk watermakers. They use all over the counter parts, so if something breaks, it can be had from a few different places. I am leaving this summer for a not sure when or if I'll return cruise. I don't want to even think about lugging all that water and what I may be drinking. A watermaker to me is the safe way to go.
