Slip Exchange?

I''m sure this is not a new idea but it seems like a nice one. Is there any coordinated source for folks willing to exchange slips for say a week or so?

I''m mainly interested in the east coast, between MA and the Chessie.

Slip Exchange?

I don''t know if this is done. Sounds great but in Nova Scotia marina operators rent out your slip nightly while you are absent. Having a visiting boat use it for free would probably be against policy since this detracts from MArina revenues.
