Umm... that doesn't really make sense. Whether you get frequent water over the deck kind of depends on the sea state and the way you sail the boat, rather than what boat it is. You could be in the middle ocean, and if there is little wind and no swell, you're not going to get any water over the deck. Conversely, you could be near shore, and in the same amount of wind, with an opposing tide, you could be getting a lot of water over the deck...
Are you asking if the hull-deck join leaks on these boats? That really isn't dependent on where the boat sails.
