leaving palm beach for abaco in late feb seeking crew

im sailing my 27 newport sloop to elbow cay in late feb. so far im single handed, im planing on staying 1 month to surf the outer abaco islands making a surfing film. if anyone here knows of someone who surfs, and would like to get to go on a practically free surf trip on a sail boat let me know. the boat is strong and ready to go now.I would prefer making the trip with someone but if i have to go solo i will. has anyone here made a crossing singlehanded if so how was it. im planing to take the palm bch to sale cay then anchor route.

PB to West End solo is no problem if the weather is OK. February has frequent cold fronts and any north wind is very bad in the stream. Also, a strong west wind as you approach the bank can also be foreboding. Dont make the trip unless you have east (motoring), southeast (most likely motoring) or south wind. Watch out for a south wind as well because that means west is next.
