Course Tracking WebSite

I'm starting a cruise this week. Several friends have expressed interest in knowing where I am at various times. Does anyone know of some sort of WebSite where one can enter Lat/Lon so that folks back home can graphically see where I've been and where I'm going? I've seen something like this for race clubs, but not for an individual.

SailTrac: Welcome
I tried SailTrac. The first coordinates I keyed in caused it to have a software glitch. I moved over to Google Maps and discovered I can easily create a custom map and place Placemarks at specific Lat/Lons.

Here is my map!

That's cool, and a lot more people who might not be sailors are comfortable with GoogleMaps. The tendency is to zoom in on one's house to see the state of the trees and to guess at what time of the year the picture was taken.

If your using SSB and sailmail or winlink you may want to use YOTREPS.

http://www.pangolin.co.nz/yotreps/index.php

Its terrific and able to be submitted from a nonshore based location

For example our track from last years cruising

Yes , it can.
I have been tracking my buddies for the past two days on their cruise from Saginaw Bay to Port Washington. (about 500 NM's)
For what it is, Spot is way cool.

Try it out for yourself
