camaraderie is a jewel in the rough camaraderie is a jewel in the rough camaraderie is a jewel in the rough
Get the map tech chart kits and the skipper bob guide to anchorages. That is all you need for both the ICW and short offshore hops if needed as well to get around shoal sections.

I agree, don't leave without Skipper Bob's guide to anchorages. Also has info on bridges and routing. I also like the Maptech Charts

They are working well so far.

I've got the Maptech Chart Kit, Skipper Bob's Guide to Anchorage's, and Dozier's Waterway Guide (1 for Chesapeake to Florida, 1 for Florida to Texas).

The Maptech Chart Kits also come with a CD of raster charts for the area they cover, though they only work with the Maptech "lite" version of their charting software, or the full feature version (they are in a propritery format)

Skipper Bob's does cover all the opening bridges, but doesn't mention the fixed ones, while Dozier's has a list of all the bridges, along with the Hailing name for them. Dozier's also has a pretty comprehensive listing of marinas with available services and phone numbers.
