I've got the Maptech Chart Kit, Skipper Bob's Guide to Anchorage's, and Dozier's Waterway Guide (1 for Chesapeake to Florida, 1 for Florida to Texas).
The Maptech Chart Kits also come with a CD of raster charts for the area they cover, though they only work with the Maptech "lite" version of their charting software, or the full feature version (they are in a propritery format)
Skipper Bob's does cover all the opening bridges, but doesn't mention the fixed ones, while Dozier's has a list of all the bridges, along with the Hailing name for them. Dozier's also has a pretty comprehensive listing of marinas with available services and phone numbers.
