Or take a look at activecaptain.com. Very cool. There's lots of cruiser friendly sites like that.

Since you are knowledgable on diving, I'd stick to subcategories in that area. At this point in time, just about everything is already on the net. Your job is to do it better than anybody and get the word out about it better than anybody.

Between noonsite.com and marinas.com I don't think there is much additional need for info on foreign countries OR marinas.
