TradewindSailing is on a distinguished road
Leaving US, heading for Bermuda, do I need an "Exit Stamp" ?

No you do not. You do need to get a customs decal sticker for re-entry though.

Does this replace the duty to clear customs on re-entry?

NO! You call into customs when you return and read them your sticker number. They decide then to let you pass or come see the boat. If you don't have a sticker you must then purchase one anyway and that will require a visit.
After dealing with customes...THEN you need to find immigration and check in with your passport. Don't forget both customs and immigrsation.
