alanya turkey

We are going to sail Turkey near Alanya, we can find information till Antalya, but not more east. Has anyone experience in this area??

Hi Marc,
There are plenty of places to anchor around Alanya going eastwards - with Marinas and anchorages. It is a much quieter area than going the other way and much warmer in the summer than if you go towards Bodrum and north. You can also "pop" across to Girne, N. Cyprus which is also very nice - altho be aware that if you do go into N. Cyprus you can't visit S. Cyprus.
