north along the east coast/ICW

I see lots of info on heading south on the east coast, but nothing on goin north. We may have to make that trip soon. Where do we find info and recommendations, Fort Lauderdale to Annapolis in February?

Stay inside on the ICW and get a full cockpit enclosure. Get good insulated mittens for steering and dress warm. What specifically are you concerned about or need info on?
