Anchor spot on Saint Mary's river?

I've sailed all around this area but this will be my first time anchoring out. Any suggestions that would keep me out of the way and still allow for wind shifts? I plan to spend the night on the boat the 3rd and 4th of July.

Thanks for any suggestions.

lots of room in the horseshoe bend at the college. have anchored there several times after Gov Cup races.
