Dockage in Longboat Key

If I am out of line with this post I apologize in advance but I need some help. If this isn't the right place maybe someone can steer me in the right direction. We are looking to relocate in the Sarasota area, probably Longboat Key, and need dockage for our 42 ft. Islander Freeport. There was a great publication in the Fort Lauderdale area that listed dock rentals but I have not been able to find something similar in this area. Can anyone offer some direction? We're looking for marinas right now but it's not coming easily. All guidance gratefully accepted.

Marinas in/near Longboat Key

There are several marinas in the area.
On Longboat is Longboat Key moorings, in Sarasota is Marina Jacks, just North of Sarasota is Sara Bay(the old Holiday Inn), Bradenton (10 miles North) Twin Dolphin Marina, and Regatta Point Marina. On Bradenton Beach is Bradenton Beach Marina.
Good luck,

Marinas in Longboat Key

Thanks, all for the input. I found the perfect place, a little marina that is part of a condominium. They like sailors and it seems to be a nice, friendly community.

Best regards,

Dick Pluta
