Status: S/V Black Seal?

Does anyone know the status of the sailing vessel Black Seal, bound for New England the week of May 24th? I don't know her make, but she's a black-hulled yawl, at least 40 feet in length. We encountered her in Delaware Bay on May 24th. At about 3:00am on Tuesday, May 26th, we experienced rough conditions in the vicinity of Sandy Hook, NJ. We heard the Coast Guard hailing Black Seal on the radio, apparently a day ahead of us and in Long Island Sound. The Coast Guard was calling repeatedly and with increasing urgency for Black Seal's position, seemingly receiving no reply. I don't know anyone aboard Black Seal, but I'm curious to know if they're OK.

If the owners or crew of Black Seal are members, please let me know. I have one or two pics of you that I can send.
