gstraub is on a distinguished road
ICW-Hilton Head to Chesapeake

I''m just curious to know what kind of trip it would be from Hilton Head SC up to the Chesapeake Bay on the ICW. There is a boat down there that I am interested in and just want to see what I am in for if I try to bring it back myself. How many days should I plan for (assuming no night sailing)? What limitations might encounter as to draft and mast height?
