Sailing with 3 yr child to Toronto

Couple in early forties, with a 3 yr old child, sailing to Toronto Island Aug 31 st to Sept 8th. Any similar sailing parents in the neighbourhood willing and available for a playdate? Always a challenge when cruising to give our daughter exposure to kids rather than adults. Thank you.

Hi Falcon,

I liveaboard at Toronto Island Marina and I'd guess there are currently about 4-5 boats with liveaboard kids in that age range, mostly girls, on some very nice boats. You'll likely spot them, as I don't think I go a day without seeing one or two 3-5 year olds, especially on the tender during my daily commutes. I have no doubt you'll find playdates.
