and for those freshies, how long did it take to get the coveted (legal) liveaboard slip?

I retired to San Diego about a year ago and was offered a liveaboard slip after about three months at the marina. 2007 Jeanneau 36i. It should be easier to find a slip now (25% vacancies are common) and it may be easier to find a live aboard in San Diego. Best of luck.

We're living aboard in San Diego,( 2yrs ) started as a sneakaboard in Dana Point (a little over a year there ) took 3 months to get a 40' LA slip here in the SI basin and another 9 to get a 55' LA slip
