Free marinas in Buenos Aires?
Hello all,
I've been cruising the coast of Brazil for several months and now it is time to head for points farther south, eventually Buenos Aires. We've heard some rumors of free marinas in the BA area (in San Isidro, Olivos, and San Isidro) but I cannot get any confirmation. I guess my Spanish is poor enough that my emails are not understood!
Some say that yacht clubs there give one week free, others the first two days. Has anyone here cruised in the area and want to offer any information? Also, we have some repairs to make and would like to know if there are any decent chandleries in the area. In Brazil, it has been difficult to find the essentials...
