Lampedusa questions

Has anyone stopped or spent anytime on Lampedusa. We are planning to stop there next spring after leaving Malta on the way to Tunisia. Can you clear out of EU at Lampedusa? Is it worth the stop?

Ciao i am italien you can stop in Lampedusa at fishing harbour, in dead is'nt so comfortable, you can clear out from EU.
