The Plan
Hello everyone.
I am new to sailing anything over an 18 ft prindle. That being said, I am planning on buying a 30' catalina some where in California then sailing around cabo and ultimately up to rocky point MX. I know the Ba Ha Ha leaves around Oct 30th. I plan on leaving march next year. What can i expect on the trip. Getting to Cabo from what im told and read, wont be a problem. Its from Cabo to rocky point will be the hardest part. I know it would be alot easier to trailer it or ship it to Rocky Point but that wouldnt be much fun now would it. How long will take to get to Cabo and how long will it take from Cabo to Rocky point with decent weather? The only reason i ask, is I have one month to do it in. I could slip it in Cabo if there is space and come back in two weeks and have two weeks to sail to Rocky Point.
