Someone stole your dingy in Everett?

Im looking for someone who sold a little sailing dingy to Mike in Tualip outside of Everett, WA in 2009. He wrote you a bad check. I know where your boat is if you want it back. Its still in pristine shape and if you can identify it you can come get it. Thanks.
