Florida/Bahamas/Cuba Partnership ?

So I just missed a 27 ft Florida sailboat on ebay , my bid was $ 600 and it sold for around $800
There are lots of opportunities for some "rougher" sailboats needing a little tlc
But with some effort they could be suitable for coastal cruising

Anyone interested in a partnership? : to purchase , maintain, marina fees, etc for a 30 odd ft sailboat , based out of Florida to share for the snowbird season ?
