Drop a line to
HaydenCochran@gmail.com - the owner of the site ipyoa (yacht owners association). He can point you to a mail server run by a nazi who, if you'll make sure you rigidly adhere to his "interesting" rules, will allow you to join the successor to the great sailnet mailling list successor for the IPs. Membership will allow you access to the archives which include all the mail which used to be available on Sailnet's mail server (IP only, of course).
Hayden has a 35, Island Spirit; you may find a website with that name on it as well. He's a fantastic fellow, and tight with the factory as well. The IP mailing list, if you can get past the admin (reasonably, it's his site, he pays for it, so he can run it however he pleases)'s quirks (he comes out as "Captain Truth" - just to give you an idea - whenever he thinks someone is less that perfect), is a great resource. You'll likely develop some good friends there. I still have many which stay connected despite my second and final booting from there :**)) You might also try mailing him (Bruce Gregory) directly
ipmail-owner@ipsailor.com or just wandering around ipsailor.com...
So, in any event, do get in touch with Hayden Cochran first. Please also tell Hayden the Flying Pig sez hi and we're tired of waiting for him to come cruising with us :**))
