www.noonsite.com, jimmy cornell's old website that was bought out is a good starting point. That has customs information on most anyplace you'd be going. However, it isn't always 100% current, but gives you a good start on the right information.
Jimmy Cornell's World Cruising Routes is a good book to read and use as a basis for planning such a voyage as well.
